EnergyCostHub is designed to avoid collecting sensitive personal household data.
EnergyCostHub does not require a login and does not ask for utility account numbers, full addresses, payment details, or bill images. Calculator inputs are processed to show an estimate; optional anonymous calculation logs may be used to understand which tools are useful.
When analytics is enabled, analytics providers may collect standard usage information such as pages visited, browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction events. We use analytics to understand site performance and improve the calculators.
If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and other advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. Their cookies may support personalized advertising based on visits to this or other sites. You can manage Google advertising preferences through Google Ads Settings.
Advertising and analytics must not be enabled until a consent message is published in Google AdSense Privacy & Messaging for every jurisdiction where it is required. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, although some controls may affect site features.
Feedback messages and optional contact details are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to review and respond to the request, maintain abuse prevention, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
